Return and Refund Policy
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If any issues arise, please follow the guidelines below:
- Damaged or Defective Items: If an item arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, please notify us within 14 days of receiving the product by submitting a description of the issue along with a photo. We will ensure that such items are replaced at no additional cost to you.
- Incorrect Shipping Address: Please ensure the shipping address provided is accurate. If a package is returned to our facility due to an insufficient address, the buyer is responsible for the costs of reshipment.
- Unclaimed Packages: If a shipment is not collected and is returned to our facility, the buyer is responsible for the cost of reshipment.
- Buyer’s Remorse: As each item is made specifically for you, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges for items due to buyer's remorse. We kindly ask that you choose your items carefully, paying close attention to size charts.
- Hygiene Items: Certain items (such as face masks) are not eligible for return or exchange due to hygiene and health reasons.
